RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY AT JEWELLDIRO

RETURN POLICY

Returns will only be initiated by the Jewelldiro team for the following instances:

1.The product received by the customer is defective.
2.The wrong product was sent by the team.
3.Any damage occurred during transit.
4.If the product does not fit or the wrong product was mistakenly ordered.
Customers are requested to contact us at jewelldirosale@gmail.com or call us at +91 90018 88677 (From Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm) to initiate the return process. As per the discussion for such instances, the customer should send back the product to the address mentioned on the website.

Refund: Refunds will be initiated only after the product reaches our workshop. Shipping charges paid at the time of shipping will not be refunded; only the original price of the product will be refunded.

Exchange: We do not offer direct exchanges (one design for another design). In such cases, we can refund the amount, and the customer can place a new order for the desired product.

NOTE:
We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure that no pressure is applied to the product and that it does not get damaged during transit.
Returns initiated by the Jewelldiro team will take 15-20 working days to deliver, as per the return norms of the shipping companies.
In case the customer wants to return or exchange the product, the price tag must be intact. Without a price tag, the product will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We can only initiate the refund when our team receives and inspects the product.
Some of our products are crafted by hand and may slightly differ from piece to piece. These differences will not be considered manufacturing defects. Additionally, when we use semi-precious stones, resins, etc., they might have some irregularities that will not be considered manufacturing defects.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors you observe when viewing the products online, as the depth and resolution of each computer or mobile screen may differ.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

We ensure that all of our products go through a rigorous quality check for any defects, but occasionally, some may go unnoticed. If you come across any defective or damaged products, please email us at jewelldirosale@gmail.com or contact us at +91 90018 88677 within 7 days of receiving the order. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.

REFUND POLICY
If the customer wishes to request a refund for a purchased product, they can contact us at jewelldirosale@gmail.com or call us at +91 90018 88677.

NOTE:

Shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of placing the order will be deducted, and the original product amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be initiated through the same payment source used for the original transaction, via Razorpay.
It may take 3-4 working days for the refund to reflect in the recipient's account statement.
